Van Zijderveld’s Asmi Shrivastava shines at the 19th Luxembourg Youngsters International Tournament.

At the 19th Luxembourg Youngsters International Tournament, held on 26-27 October 2024, young badminton talent Asmi Shrivastava from Van Zijderveld Amstelveen achieved remarkable success. Competing in the U11 category, Asmi secured victories in both the girls' singles and doubles events, showcasing her skill and dedication on an international stage.

First organized in 2005, the Luxembourg Youngsters International Youth Tournament has become a premier event of the Luxembourg Badminton Federation. Hosted at the impressive National Sports Centre ‘Coque’ in Luxembourg City, the two-day tournament gathers young players from national and regional teams across Europe and beyond. With participants in categories ranging from U11 to U19, the event continues to grow, now featuring over 21 courts across two halls to accommodate its increasing number of competitors.
