Coronavirus entry pass mandatory for access to sports hall De Meerkamp
To gain access to sports hall De Meerkamp you need a coronavirus entry pass. From 8 November onwards, the board will be actively scanning this coronavirus entry pass. Only with a valid entry pass you will have access to sports hall De Meerkamp.
Sports hall De Meerkamp is open until 17:00 hrs.
Dear Members,
Indoor sports with Corona Access Ticket
As of Saturday, November 6, the central government has made the coronavirus entry pass mandatory for club members and the public in all indoor sports venues, including sports canteens. Read all the modified measures here.
AmstelveenSport has pointed out to our association in a letter dated 4 November that the scanning of the coronavirus entry pass of members and the public present at an activity, is the responsibility of the association itself. This is a lot of extra work and something we would obviously rather not do. Unfortunately, the development of the number of corona infections leaves us no other choice.
What will change for you?
All persons over 18 years of age must show a valid coronavirus entry pass to participate in training and other activities in sports hall De Meerkamp. This also applies to parents and spectators who want to sit in the stands in the sports hall.
In the weekend of Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 November our club will play a round of away games in the federal competition. In order to gain access to the opponent's sports hall, you must be able to show a valid coronavirus entry pass.
.
Starting Monday, November 8, we will check our members, parents of youth members and visitors for a valid coronavirus entry pass. Only with a valid coronavirus entry pass you will get access to sports hall De Meerkamp!
The board asks the following:
- Please have your QR code (coronavirus entry pass) and ID card ready when entering De Meerkamp, so we can scan and check the QR code at the entrance to the sports hall. If you do not have or cannot show a coronavirus entry pass, we cannot admit you to the sports hall.
- This also means that if you have not been vaccinated, you must be tested before each training/competition day for a temporary coronavirus entry pass (for 24 hours) with which we can grant you access to the sports hall.
- The association is required to scan your coronavirus entry pass prior to each training session and/or home game. In order to make this process run smoothly for you, the club and the volunteer at the door, we ask you to have your QR code ready every time without entering into a discussion about this in the sense of "But I already showed this to you at the last training session..." and so on.
Pay attention to the basic rules
The ground rules are proven to help prevent contamination. Ground rules include:
- Test in case of symptoms: stay home and get tested at the GGD. Even if you have already been vaccinated.
- If you test positive: stay at home and avoid contact with others, even if they have been vaccinated.
- 1.5 meters is a safe distance. Protect yourself and others.
- Do not shake hands.
- Wash your hands often and thoroughly.
- Cough and sneeze into your elbow.
- Provide adequate fresh air and ventilation in indoor areas.
Stay healthy!
On behalf of the board
